At Brantwood Furniture, we aim to make delivery simple, clear, and reliable. We hold the majority of our products in stock to ensure orders are processed and delivered as quickly as possible, while maintaining a high level of care throughout the delivery process.

Delivery Service

All orders are delivered using a standard delivery service arranged through trusted third-party couriers or logistics partners, depending on the size and nature of the item.

Delivery timescales will vary depending on the product and order size.

Most orders are dispatched within 1 working day once full payment has been received, subject to stock availability.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 7am and 6pm.

A valid contact number and email address must be provided at checkout, as these are required by our delivery partners to arrange or confirm delivery.

Delivery Timescales

Delivery timescales vary depending on the product and order size. Estimated delivery times are shown on the checkout page.

Please note that some orders may be fulfilled from multiple warehouses. As a result, items within the same order may arrive separately and at different times. Where this occurs, each item will be dispatched as soon as it is ready to avoid unnecessary delays.

  • Small and medium-sized items are typically delivered within 3-5 working days
  • Larger furniture items may take up to 10 working days

Where possible, we aim to deliver items together, however split deliveries may occur due to stock location or logistics requirements.

Access & Delivery Conditions

  • All deliveries are made to the ground floor, inside the main entrance unless otherwise stated
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring suitable access for delivery
  • For flats or apartments above ground level, customers must make their own arrangements to move items upstairs after delivery
  • Please ensure doorways, staircases, and access routes are suitable for the furniture being delivered

If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues or the customer not being available, re-delivery charges may apply.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery is attempted and cannot be completed due to:

  • No one being available to receive the goods
  • Incomplete or incorrect address details
  • Access restrictions not previously advised

A re-delivery charge may be applied to cover additional courier costs.

Inspection on Delivery

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If packaging or items appear damaged, this must be clearly noted as “DAMAGED” on the delivery paperwork before signing.

Failure to report damage at the point of delivery may affect our ability to process a claim.

Delivery Coverage

🚫 We currently only deliver to UK mainland addresses.

We do not deliver to:

  • Northern Ireland
  • Channel Islands
  • Isle of Man
  • Scottish Highlands & Islands
  • Any non-mainland UK postcodes

Important Information

All deliveries are carried out by external carriers. While we work closely with our delivery partners, delivery schedules are ultimately outside our direct control.

Brantwood Furniture cannot be held liable for any indirect losses, including loss of earnings or delays caused by courier issues.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all delivery information is accurate at the time of ordering.
