Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Brantwood Furniture website or directly with Brantwood Furniture. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.
Guarantees & Warranties
All products supplied by Brantwood Furniture are guaranteed against faulty materials or workmanship for 12 months from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated.
Some products may come with extended manufacturer warranties, which will be clearly detailed on the product page. Any warranty claims will be assessed in line with the manufacturer’s guidelines.
Warranties do not cover:
- Fair wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Misuse or neglect
- Failure to follow care or assembly instructions
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
Where a product is discontinued, any applicable warranty contribution will be applied against a suitable alternative or the original purchase value.
Your Order
The details of your order, including quantity and product description, are shown in your order confirmation email. Please check this carefully and contact us immediately if anything appears incorrect.
Payment is taken in full at the time the order is placed. A contract is formed once the goods are dispatched.
Delivery dates and lead times are provided in good faith but are estimates only and may be subject to change due to stock availability or logistical factors.
Product Images & Descriptions
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, colours and finishes may vary slightly due to lighting, photography or screen settings.
Manufacturers reserve the right to make minor specification changes that do not materially affect the product.
If the exact appearance of an item is critical, please contact us before placing your order.
Product Dimensions
All dimensions shown are approximate. If a specific measurement is essential (for access, fitting, or usage), please contact us prior to ordering so we can provide additional guidance.
Mattresses and upholstered items may vary slightly in size due to manufacturing tolerances. Firmness ratings are provided as guidance only.
Delivery
All deliveries are arranged through trusted third-party couriers.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and that access is available on the delivery day. All deliveries are made to the ground floor, inside the main entrance, unless otherwise stated.
Some orders may be fulfilled from multiple warehouses, meaning items may arrive separately and at different times.
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, lack of access, or no one being available to receive the goods, re-delivery charges may apply.
Inspection on Delivery
Please inspect your goods upon delivery.
If packaging or items appear damaged, this must be clearly noted as “DAMAGED” on the delivery paperwork before signing. You may refuse the delivery if appropriate.
Any damage discovered after delivery must be reported to us within 24 hours, supported by clear photographs.
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may affect our ability to process a claim.
Shortages & Missing Items
If part of your order is missing, please contact us immediately with your order number so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Failed or Delayed Deliveries
Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to factors outside our control, such as traffic, weather conditions or courier issues.
Brantwood Furniture does not accept liability for any indirect losses, including loss of earnings or inconvenience caused by delayed or failed deliveries.
Please do not dispose of existing furniture until your order has been delivered and checked.
Risk
If you request delivery without a signature or ask for items to be left unattended, you accept responsibility for any loss or damage that occurs after delivery.
Cancellations & Returns – Online Orders
You may cancel your order for a full refund before dispatch.
Once your order has been delivered, you have 14 days to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, provided the goods are:
- Unused
- Unassembled
- In their original packaging
Delivery charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
For hygiene reasons, mattresses, bedding and sealed items cannot be returned once opened.
Made-to-Order Items
Made-to-order items (including custom sizes, colours or non-standard specifications) cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
If we are unable to deliver a made-to-order item within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, you may be entitled to cancel for a full refund.
Returns Process
To request a return, you must:
- Contact us in writing or by email
- Return goods in suitable packaging
- Ensure items are in resaleable condition
Customers are responsible for return costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of this website without prior written consent.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain in full force and effect.
