1. Do you deliver across the UK?

We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses only. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, or non-mainland UK postcodes.

2. How long will my delivery take?

Delivery times vary by product and size. Most small to medium items arrive within 2–5 working days, while larger furniture items may take up to 10 working days. Estimated delivery times are shown on individual product pages.

3. Will my order arrive in one delivery?

Not always. Some orders may be dispatched from multiple warehouses, meaning items can arrive separately and at different times. Each item will be delivered as soon as it is ready to avoid unnecessary delays.

4. Do I need to be at home for delivery?

Yes. All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address on the scheduled delivery day.

5. Where will my furniture be delivered to?

All deliveries are made to the ground floor, inside the main entrance unless otherwise stated. For flats or apartments above ground level, customers will need to arrange to move items upstairs themselves.

6. Do you offer assembly?

Assembly services are not currently offered unless stated on the product page. Most items are supplied with clear instructions for self-assembly where required.

7. What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the packaging or item appears damaged, this must be clearly noted as “damaged” on the delivery paperwork before signing. Contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

8. What if something is missing from my order?

If any parts or items are missing, please contact us with your order number and details of what’s missing. We’ll arrange for replacement parts to be sent as quickly as possible.

9. Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to amend or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

10. What is your returns policy?

We do our best to ensure product images accurately represent the item. However, colours may appear slightly different due to screen settings or lighting conditions.
