At Brantwood Furniture, we’re committed to offering high-quality home furniture at fair and competitive prices. If you find the same product available elsewhere at a higher qualifying price, we’ll happily review it and aim to match it.

Our Price Match Guarantee is designed to be simple, transparent, and fair — for both our customers and our business.

If you find an identical product available from another UK-based retailer at a higher qualifying price, please contact us before placing your order and we will review the details.

If the product meets all the criteria below, we will match the price where possible.

To qualify for a price match, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be identical in brand, model, size, specification, colour and finish
  
• The product must be new, unused, and sold by an authorised UK retailer
  
• The competitor’s price must be the regular selling price, not a discounted or promotional price
  
• The competitor’s item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase
  
• The price comparison must be based on the higher qualifying price, excluding temporary discounts or offers

Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:

• Sale, clearance or liquidation prices
  
• Black Friday, Cyber Monday or seasonal promotions
  
• Discount codes, vouchers or cashback offers
  
• Flash sales or time-limited promotions
  
• Bundle deals or multi-buy offers
  
• Membership, trade or loyalty-only pricing
  
• Auction websites or marketplaces
  
• Pricing errors or misprints
  
• 
  Used, refurbished, ex-display or second-user items
  
• 
  Prices from overseas retailers or sellers outside the UK

Price comparisons must include:

• Product price only
  
• Excluding delivery charges, installation, assembly or additional services
  

Where a competitor charges separately for delivery, this will not be included in the price match comparison.
